BLISS PROJECT
04/21/2006 This project will begin once the build up of the car for MM&FF is completed. I will however post the results of the build up here. For more detailed information, please support the magazine and order your copy today. Initial Baseline Dyno - 149 HP and 213 lbs feet of torque. Modifications made. Increased boost pressure to 18 PSI Installed K&N Filter and the VAM Installed Bypass kit (no power gain - just to protect the turbo) Installed Turbo Coupe IC (minimal power gain 2 HP) Installed Throttle Body Adapter Kit and 60mm Throttle body (6 HP @ 16PSI) The total gains for the day were 40 HP and 68 lbs ft of torque. Not bad for a few bolts-ons an appropriate level of boost. Stay tuned for part two. |

1985.5 Mustang SVO™ 2R The Plan: Modify the car to 300 Horse Power via non-invasive bolt-ons Formally owned by MM&FF Writer Vinnie Kung, this 85.5 SVO is destine for 15 minutes of fame in a bolt on build up series in MM&FF. The first of the series ran in the May 06 issue. Look for others to follow. The car is now owned by Forced4's web site administrator, TJ - that's me - and will be put back to it's stock glory once the series concludes. Here is the restoration assessment for the car to date. Each item will change to red when in progress and blue when complete.
