Sales FAQ

Ordering:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, (via Pay pal). We also gladly accept Cashier checks, money orders, and personal checks. Personally checks are subject to a 7 to 10 day waiting period to clear. Bounced checks and charge backs of any kind are subject to a $25 service fee and all bank related fees and will be thoroughly investigated. We absolutely will not accept C.O.D‘s. All international orders must be prepaid via international money order or Pay Pal.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped by a carrier of Forced4 ‘s choice unless specified by the customer. All orders are shipped F.O.B. NY ground on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week. If an expedited service is requested all applicable fees will be passed onto the customer. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $3.00 (not applicable on oversized Ford Racing™ parts. Truck freight rates will be assessed during order processing and you will be contacted via email or telephone for final approval). Any shipment that is refused for reasons other than obvious damage will be subject to a restocking fee of $25.00 or 15%; whichever is greater. Extra insurance is highly recommended on orders exceeding $100.00 USD.
Damaged Shipments:
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. If for any reason you feel a part is not acceptable you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt. Please inspect all parts immediately while in the presence of the carrier personnel. All damage claims are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be resolved with the freight company and not with Forced4.
Warranty:
Due to the intended use of the parts sold by Forced4 there are no warranties intended or implied. We will warranty manufacturer defects only. FORD RACING™ PARTS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY if there is a problem with a Ford Racing™ part you must contact Ford Racing™ Directly and not Forced4 Motorsports.
Pricing and Product Availability:
Product availability and pricing is subject to change without notice. Forced4 Motorsports will do its best to keep product availability and pricing consistent but is subject to the realities of supply, demand and the discontinuation of parts common to limited production and specialty components.
Returns:
All sales are final. No return will be accepted without the prior consent of a Forced4 Motorsports Sales Manager. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice, all packaging material, and original box. The parts will be evaluated upon arrival. If the parts have been used, tested, modified, or tampered with in any way we reserve the right to refuse credit. All returns not found to be defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In the event a product is found to be defective, original shipping will be refunded. Return shipping, regardless of the reason, is always the responsibility of the purchaser.
Ford Racing and "Off-Road" performance applications:
The majority of parts sold by Forced4 Motorsports are intended for off-road use such as Auto Cross and Drag Racing. Many of the parts we sell may void your cars factory warranty. Please contact your local dealership if there are any questions regarding your particular vehicle warranty. Certain US, State, Canadian, and or provincial laws and regulations may prohibit removal/modification of certain components that were installed on vehicles by the manufacturer to meet emission requirements or to comply with motor vehicle safety regulations applicable to vehicles intended for use on public roads. Forced4 Motorsports does not recommend or authorize cars equipped with "off road use only" parts to be used on public roads. Doing so is at your own risk. Forced4 Motorsports sells these types of parts for competition and racing purposes only and cannot be held responsible if said parts are used for any purpose other than racing or if said parts are operated outside manufacturers designed specifications.
